I was guided by a rookie to invest on INCMFX. I want to withdraw my money and I can't withdraw it. They said I was guilty and asked me to pay the penalty fee. They asked me to pay more than 19000 usd. i have paid according to their request but can't withdraw the money. they told me there is a question of data usage related to money laundering. they proved me not involved in this. then they asked me to pay a fine to prove I wasn't involved in money laundering it's not legal I think this is a scam organization. The person who invited me to join also disappeared after that. I don't know what to do.

tôi được một người mới quen hướng dẫn đầu tư trên sàn INCMFX .tôi muốn rút tiền và tôi không thể rút nó.họ nói tôi vì phạm và yêu cầu tôi đóng phí phạt.họ yêu cầu tôi đóng số tiền là hơn 19000 usd. tôi đã đóng theo yêu cầu của họ nhưng không thể rút được tiền.họ lại bảo tôi có nghi vấn sử dụng dữ liệu liên quan đến rửa tiền.họ chứng minh tôi không liên quan đến việc này. rồi họ yêu cầu tôi nộp phạt để chứng minh tôi không tham gia rửa tiền.với số tiền là 8000 usd.họ nói sau khi nộp tôi sẽ rút được tiền của mình.nhưng khi tôi nộp thì họ bảo số tiền của người giúp tôi không hợp pháp .và người giúp tôi nộp tiền và hướng dẫn tới tham gia vào sàn này cũng mất tích.tôi không biết họ có liên quan gì không.và bên hỗ trợ cũng không trả lời tôi.tôi chỉ muốn lấy lại số tiền của mình.tôi nghĩ đây phải chăng là một tổ chức lừa đảo. người đã rủ tôi tham gia cũng mất tích sau đó.tôi không biết phải làm sao nữa.
