2022年9月13号，Tmgm平台系统不稳定，严重滑点，造成我方1.7手黄金亏损3370.2💲。事发后向平台客户经理反映，客户经理态度蛮横。于次日中午未经我方同意，随意封停我方账户，账户余额614💲也未退还。随即关闭通讯失联。我方强烈要求Tmgm平台赔偿3370美金，退还614美元，合计：3984美元。
