The highest price on the Jinshi data was 2039.46, but the platform's price went up to 2045.71 and directly blew up my position. According to the expected operation, these two trades were profitable. Due to the problem of the platform's quotation, it directly blew up the position. The content of the customer service's reply email does not solve the actual problem. Please refer to the actual quotation of authoritative platforms. In addition, the reply from the relevant department has nothing to do with the actual situation of the order and the platform's quotation. The platform's quotation is actually only a problem between the platform and the trader. But I am only cooperating with the platform. The losses caused by the platform's inflated quotation should not be borne by the customer. Therefore, I request that these two trades not be counted as losses.
