Emomotimi John Agama is a Chartered Management Accountant, Economist, Investment Analyst, A Chartered Stock Broker and a Risk Manager. He is currently Managing Director at the Nigerian Capital Market Institute (NCMI) a subsidiary of the Securities and Exchange Commission. He was previously the Head Registration, Exchanges and Market Infrastructure and Innovation Department, Special Assistant to the Executive Commissioner Operations and Head, Public Offerings at the Securities and Exchange Commission, where he superintended over the fund raising of most companies. Timi was a Secondee to the US Securities and Exchange Commission in 2018. He is a ranking member of the Rules Committee and a member of the SEC committee on the adoption of IFRS in Nigeria and the SEC arrow head for the introduction of Derivatives trading in the Nigerian Capital Market. Prior to joining the SEC was at various time with the University of Benin and Office of the Accountant General of the Federation.

Loretta is an external resource to GIABA, and consultant to Nigerian FIU and SEC. She regularly advises a number of global organisations on responsible adoption of financial technology across policy makers, governments and industry, specifically blockchain. She has previously advised OECD and OSCE on digital assets and their impact in AML/CFT She is a consultant at McDonell-Nadeau global Experts in financial integrity

Ms Gayle Mary Jane Yerriah has been appointed as member of the FSC since the 26th of April 2019. She is a holder of an LLB (Bachelor in law) from the University of Buckingham in United Kingdom and was called to the Bar in UK in November 2011 and is a member of the Middle Temple Inn UK. She was also called to the Bar in Mauritius in January 2013. She is an Arbitrator (FCIArb) of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK. She has been a member of the board of directors of the Information and Communication Technology Authority.

Mr. Naushad Khadun is the Lead Trainer at the Financial Services Institute, Mauritius. He possesses extensive regulatory experience having served the Financial Services Commission for the last ten years, and is presently seconded to the Financial Services Institute, Mauritius, where he trains on FinTech, Virtual Assets and AML/CFT compliance for virtual asset service providers.
Naushad is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and holds the Cambridge FinTech and Regulatory Innovation Programme qualification from the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance.
