Inspection Reason

Recently, many investors called the inspection team, expressing their hope for the inspection team exposing Australia’s brokers, whose real addresses are inconsistent with the ones in their regulatory information. Given that, the investigators went to Australia for a closer look at FXVC.

FXVC’s office address in the regulatory information is 03 Mlc CenTre' Suite 65 Level 65, 19-29 MarTin Place. The investigators carried out a field trip to this licensed broker.

The survey personnel have successfully found a large complex indicated by the regulatory information. Then the personnel walked into the building, finding that the first floor to the seventh floor belonged to a shopping center. In order to complete the survey, they took the elevator to the 8th floor. Based on the floor signboard in the corridor, there was no FXVC’s office in this building.

Inspection Conclusion

The investigators, based on the result of the field trip, confirmed that FXVC’s real address failed to match with the one in the regulatory information. Besides, its full licence (regulatory number: 426359) issued by Australian Securities and Investment Commission is verified to be a clone.
