withdrawal problem.
On March 5, I sent a request for withdrawal of funds in the amount of $ 6718.77. I received only $ 6506 in my bank account. When contacting the support service, they answered that the commission was charged by the card provider. I checked with my bank, no commissions were charged. I want to return the remaining $ 212.77.
