Three or four minutes later, due to fluctuations in the market, I should have had a floating loss of $34.98,but the platform magnified my floating loss by100 times, resulting in a loss of $3,498 and causing my account to be liquidated. I have reported this serious and elementary error to the platform's customer service both on their official website and to a designated customer service agent with the username "Jiang Tao VIP," but they have been evasive and delaying solving the issue. Additionally, the platform makes it difficult to withdraw funds by deliberately creating obstacles and artificially controlling the process.
