首先，XM是抛单模式，所有客户的订单都是在市场价格上成交。您投诉的单号是：#108406310 ,#108404611，共计交易1标准手，空单，USDJPY#，订单止盈价格设置为145，在平台时间1月11日15:32分因预付款比例不足导致爆仓。空单是卖价开仓买价平仓，而K线图上显示的是卖价，因此需要加上实时点差才是您订单平仓价格（买价），相关部门核实买价并没有触及您的止盈价格，所以系统无法执行止盈平仓。
其次平台爆仓比例是20%，即您的账户的预付款比例低至20%会爆仓，经核实，由于您订单爆仓当时正值多项重大数据公布完毕（核心通胀年率12月和月率12月等），因此造成市场行情剧烈波动，导致您预付款比例不足从而爆仓。
当账户的预付款比例低于20%（预付款比例 = 净值/已用保证金*100%），会触发强平，因此系统按照当时的实时报价进行强平。针对XM保证金与强平标准，您也可以参考官网说明： https://www.xmforextraders.net/cn/margin-and-leverage 。
