FCA has issued warnings to the public, urging them to be cautious and vigilant when dealing with brokers and to thoroughly research and verify the credentials of any broker before investing. They can also report such unregulated brokers on FCA.

FCA stated that these firms are targeting UK citizens. A firm or broker must have FCA authorization to sell, offer, or promote any financial services in the UK. But these mentioned brokers do not follow this rule. This is the reason why it is risky to invest with these unauthorized brokers.
