Abstract:Established on January 1, 1971, the Monetary Authority of Singapore(MAS), a member of the International Organization of Securities Commissions(IOSCO), is the integrated regulator and supervisor of financial institutions in Singapore. It is responsible for managing various regulations related to currency, banking, insurance, securities, and the financial industry. After merging with the Board of the Comptroller of the Currency, it also assumed the function of issuing currency.

iii) have made an offer of investment which may be or may have been wrongly perceived as being made in or accompanied by a document lodged or registered with MAS.
