Inspection Reason

In recent,many investors complained that Manulife’s official website was unable to visit. To understand what happened, the surveyors went to the broker’s office according to the regulatory information.

Office

According to the regulatory information, Manulife was located at 10F, Lee Garden 33 Hysan Road, Causeway Bay, HK. The surveyors visited the broker.

The surveyor went to Causeway Bay and found Lee Garden in the downtown HK. The brand new high-rise looked very modern.

The surveyor entered the mansion from the entrance of the office building and arrived at 16F by elevator, finding the long aisle was narrow but bright.

The surveyor walked along the aisle and saw the big logo of Manulife. The silver three-dimensional alphabets looked quite striking on the greyish white marble wall. As was informed, the whole floor belonged to the broker.

The surveyors went to the door of the broker’s office and the working area was faintly to see through a depolished glass door. As was estimated, there were about 30 cubicles in the office.

Conclusion

The visit by surveyors confirmed that the real address of the HK licensed broker Manulife was the same with its licensed address. As was informed, the broker had a futures trading license issued by SFC ( regulatory number: ACP555）.
