Reason for this visit

On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to the US to visit forex broker RH Trade as planned according to its purported regulatory address that 1651 N Washington Street, Denver, CO 80203.

The investigators came to 1651 N Washington Street in Denver of Colorado in the US for an on-site visit to the brokers office, and located an apartment. And its proximity to multiple bus routes makes the building readily accessible.

Upon arrival at the apartment for further investigation, the survey personnel noticed that people were not allowed to enter without an access card. In the meantime, the apartments directory just listed the resident names instead of company names. Furthermore, the RH Trade website, https://rhtradefx.com/, was not accessible.

Through the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that the broker does not have a physical presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Denver in the US to visit forex broker RH Trade, but did not find the company at the aforementioned regulatory address. It suggests that the broker does not have a physical business office at the place. Accordingly, investors are advised to make a sensible decision following much deliberation.
