Skyrocketing Spreads and Swap Fees Hinder Crypto Profits on Bitcoin, MATIC Soars
It's not profitable for trading cryptocurrency on it, the adjustment of swap rates as well as expanding the spread are very frequently done, trading on bitcoin used to have $500 spread, but as the recent rises of bitcoin pushed up the spread to $900+ as well, MATIC token is the worst case. It used to be some $0.004 spread back in 2022, and it's now $0.014 with very expensive swaps to maintain the trading position.
