BaFin warns against illegal regulatory entities in January 2025

Germanys Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) has added more unregulated forex brokers to its investment warning list for January 2025. Check out if you are being scammed by these brokers now.

Established in May 2002, BaFin specializes in strengthening customer protection and enhancing the reputation of the German financial system.

Be warned that brokers are not regulated to conduct financial business, which makes German investors potential victims of investment fraud and also poses a threat to global investors. If these brokers claim to be based in your country or region, please be cautious and verify their legitimacy with local financial regulators.
