Hello, Login number 20014862 I would like to enquire about my trading position that is forced close all sudden during my trading. It raised my concern that Mt4 in system indicate the order is close at 16.07 where price is at 2868 but when I check the market price at kvb during that time the maximum price is at 2848. My position should close as profit instead it becomes loss position and price did not exist at that time when it was closed My question is why price close higher than my entry point when I didn't set any stop loss and stop out is still far from that as well.Its at profit position from 2864 and closed at 2748 at 16.07 Time. Please investigate the error and I will attach my trading history and journal for your refference All transactions are not transmitted in any way as B book,please put an end to this scam I hope you prevent this scam everyone look at the time and price please employees at the company threatened me to get my principal and erased all positions from the past

when the market was normal I entered the Hang Seng Index position but I was surprised because the price was far above the quote price in the market... then I quickly liquidated it but again the liquid price was not on the chart and instead made my equity minus

Issues with withdrawal.....minimum withdrawal requirements and excess charges on deposit. Low conversion rates for withdrawals and high fees for deposits

I am very disappointed with this broker's service. I experienced a very unreasonable difference in order closing prices. I closed the Buy position at the price of 2677.11, but the broker actually closed it at the price of 2676.77, even though market conditions at that time were stable without significant fluctuations. This caused my balance to decrease unfairly to the point of experiencing losses. When I submitted a complaint and included evidence, my complaint was ignored and only given general reasons such as slippage, without any attempt to explain or prove the matter in detail. As a broker that claims to use a Market Execution system, transparency and accuracy in price execution are very important. However, this experience shows indications of practices that are detrimental to customers. I do not recommend this broker to anyone. If you prioritize honesty and transparency, you should look for another broker who is more trustworthy.

BE CAREFUL. Lost 100k+ in one month we fully understand that trade can be a loss but problem with this company is that they take decisions on ALL deals and then you had to fix problems yourself by just adding funds, one after the other until you reach to a point of losing ENTIRE account. this is a general feedback and not just mine. different account managers will call you after each loss, he will show that he can help and recover but it will have same end, "more funds" I recorded calls to support me now with my legal case. i went in to sell entry on btc/usd at 12:00 am 24/11/24 At 12:30 am the market suddenly stopped moving, I have already checked the news today, there is no news and I also tried to close but cant, "off quotes", even after switching to wifi it still doesn't work, I waited until 1 o'clock and the market moved and my account was lost/mc

They Say On Their Website Their Deposit deposit process are instant But Since Ever I did the Deposit I haven't Seen Funds In My Account. They stole My Money.

Fraud: Orders always filled using another price After I profitied and have been successful in the trading, JustMarkets started to impose limit on my trading now. Right now **EVERY** of my order will be executed using a different worse price far away than the quote price, no matter when or where I made the order. The customer support keeps saying it related to market volatility. They either deliberately lied or have no clue. This imposed slippage was not disclosed and put you into disadvantage. The fact they executes using another price is an act of fraud. I have attached an example SELL LIMIT order for reference. The SELL LIMIT order didn't executed as the specified price or better, It was exected at a much worse price. This defeated the purose of LIMIT order.

Today, July 25, 2024, Eightcap.com had a Spread of +190 points on the GBPUSD Pair, which is one of the main ones in Forex, and therefore the Spread is usually low, but on top of that it was a PRO account, which It is the account they offer with 0 Spread. That caused a margin close out on my account, leaving the account at 15.19 EUR from a deposit of 1500 EUR. They have totally failed to fulfill their commitment to offering quality service.

this broker is really something. They wipeout all my capital evendoe I already set my SL. I email the broker and said this is because of wide spread. need to do something about this broker. I want my compensation back immediately

Recently I found out that trading during economic releases causes severe slippage. I understand that news releases can cause slippage but not this much! In the first pic attached, I placed my sell stop order at 161.620. But it was filled at close to 161.385. That was a 23 pip difference! In the second pic attached, I placed my buy stop at 0.90110. But it was filled 0.90274. That was a 16 pip difference!

On 21st May XAUUSD with volume 0.01 bought at 2423.24 and 2430.80. On 17 th June the losses were about 218 dollars.But Mr David Miller of Kwakol market increased VOLUME 10 times to 0.10 .LOSS JUMPED TO MORE THAN 2000 DOLLARS.Harassed to freeze my account if $2000 is not deposited. Refusing to change Volume even after showing screen shot .

i had a trade that was running in 630 usd profit. i tried to close the trade but couldn't. i was eventually able to close the trade but instead of receiving my total profit, the broker only gave me 235 usd. i have complain and they told me they would fix it, its getting to a week now and support isn't replying me anymore. i also have a trade that was on 70 usd profit, broker refuse me to close the trade. i tried everything i could to close the trade but it didn't work. i complained to support and we both tried everything he suggested to close the trade but it didn't work. i couldn't close my trade. support said i shouldn't worry, that he has transferred me to financial team that would reply in 6 hours time and if anything happens to the trade, they would take responsibility for it. financial team fixed the problem 7 hours later when the trade is against me. i have been waiting for response to get my profit paid to me. no response. i had a videos recorded of everything that happened and all evidence needed which i forwarded to the support email. they told me they can’t pay me my money. this broker is fraudulent

even this case are old ..I still want an explanation on the slippage even I already put my SL. not MC my account. please help and if any refund is really helpfull

Titan Capital Markets is a Forex Broker who claimed their own trading platform using Artificial intelligence technology with 99.9% trading accuracy. If it was right then how the company has occured loss of money and they forced the investors to buy a token named TTT. Company claimed that they give ROI to their investors every month till date.. may be its true until only one year. After that investors not getting proper profit and the leaders of this company regret to pay the ROI to its investors. Leaders not everyone .. some leaders are act like third right frauds they destroy this company's goodwill. Finally company implemted 5% withdrawal option to the version 1 investors.. purely a harrasment on investors. and considering the coin rate.. very pathetic from the initial time. We need pure forex trading like before you follow..please bring back forex compounding and monthly scheme. not interested in scams like crypto.. this coin can't meet our monthly expectations. very hopeless.

Been from Africa. Last summer 2023, A Forex expert trader named Tyron Ethane from the USA contacted me on Instagram, we have an exchange online about crypto. After that, I sent him an Apple iTunes gift card for a total of $970. He introduced this sum in a platform LOT (legal option trade), it was a scam. Profits raised around $44000. When I decided to withdraw he recommended me metamask (it was also a scam). In the final, I told him to give me back my money, in my Binance wallet with the link. He another time sent and from Binance to show me my profits were sent there. It was a lie Of course, I have various screenshots of this terrible experience. All, I want to recover my money and for this scammer, a liar and thief to be arrested. Thanks a lot.

I was trading here and had accumulated my profits, all of a sudden the price fluctuated in away that I suspect the broker was responsible and from no where all my funds were lost, when I contacted the customer service personnel by names of Sara, she advised me to deposit $1000 more to enable me recover my losses til then I was removed from the group where I was trading, only to realize later that I had been scammed, please if there’s away I can even recover my deposited funds as even from pics below.
