首先，XM是抛单模式，所有客户的订单都是在市场价格上成交。您投诉的单号为 #144345796，交易的是0.6手GOLD#空单，空单是卖价开仓买价平仓，而K线图上显示的是卖价，因此需要加上实时点差才是您设置的止损的执行价格（买价）。您的订单在平台时间1月19日15:32分因预付款比例不足导致爆仓。
其次，经核实，您订单爆仓当时由于美盘刚开盘，黄金商品波动较大，在行情波动大的时候是会出现点差扩大情况，进而使您的账户净值过低导致强制平仓。我们平台的爆仓比例是20%，即当账户的预付款比例低于20%（预付款比例 = 净值/已用保证金*100%），会触发强平，因此系统按照当时的实时报价进行强平。针对XM保证金与强平标准，您也可以参考官网说明：https://www.xmcnasia.com/cn/margin-and-leverage 。而商品报价是按照市场价格波动，价格及点差，都并非人力可控，望您理解。
